We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order.
You can return your products using any postal service. Remember that the costs of return will be for the account of the customer.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
All we ask is that you make sure we know the order number your return relates to and your details. We can’t refund you without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel.
If you want it replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.

These are the steps to follow:

1. Send us an email to info@komoshi.com
2. Download the sheet of return

3. Print the sheet of return
4. Fill up the form
5. Atach it in the package with the product as when you received it. (Label and the original packaging.)
6. Stick the return label on your parcel  (contained in the document.)
7. Return your products using any postal service.
8. Contact us to notify

Once we’ve got your return, we’ll drop you an email to let you know.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order.
All shipping costs are charged to the customer (shipment and return) and will be deducted from the total amount.
In case of a partial return of the order, if the total amount is less than the amount required to apply the free shipping, the price of the shipment will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
This typically takes 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), dependent on your bank/card issuer.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags, packaging….

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

How long will it take for the package to arrive?

Depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please see below timeframes as a guide:

Spain – 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Europe – 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Canada and USA – 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Rest of World – 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
